For the first time in decades, literally, the Tennessee Titans franchise will have a new head coach in the 2011 season. Gone is Jeff Fisher, and in comes Mike Munchak. Of course, that's not the only big change the Titans have made, as Vince Young is no longer with the club either. His tumultuous tenure as a Titan has come to a close, as he was never able to consistently perform under pressure or live up to his expectations and talent.

The Titans though have wasted no time trying to find their new QB of the future though. They drafted Jack Locker with the number 8 pick in the 2011 NFL draft, and hope that the quarterback can come in and begin to develop, the sooner the better. It helps that he has one of the single best players in all of the game to hand the ball off to in Chris Johnson. Plus, there are some talented wideouts too, guys like Kenny Britt, Nate Washington and Justin Gage.

There are some big names on defense too, especially in the backfield, guys that always get the Titans tickets holders excited. Chris Hope, Cortland Finnegan, Myron Rolle and Michael Griffin are just a few of the main standouts from that bunch.

With a new regime and a new quarterback, things can go a lot of ways for the Titans in the 2011 season. If Locker shows promise and Munchak leads the ship in the right way, then the Titans will be sitting in a good place for the future.
