After a few really down years, the St. Louis Rams started to turn things around in 2010. Led by rookie quarterback Sam Bradford, who played out of his mind for an NFL rookie QB, the Rams almost made the postseason, and showed a lot of promise for the future.

Head coach Steve Spagnuolu has built a young and energetic team, and they are hoping that in 2011, they will be able to take the next step. On defense, the club has a mix of young talent and veteran leadership. You have Chris Long at defensive end, Chris Hovan at defensive tackle, James Laurinaitis at linebacker, and then guys like Marquis Johnson, James Butler and Kevin Dockery in the defensive backfield.
