The Miami Dolphins finished at 7-9 in the 2010 season, and the quarterback they were banking on to be their leader of the future, Chad Henne, failed to play to that level. Now the team is looking potentially to bring a veteran quarterback to help challenge for the job or at least push Henne.

Meanwhile, head coach Tony Sparano is getting another turn at the wheel, despite the fact that in the offseason the team was openly flirting with former Stanford and new San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh. Despite the fact that he's back, he probably won't have a long leash in 2011 if the team isn't playing well.

The bad news for the Dolphins of course is that they have two very strong teams in their division, with the Patriots and Jets, which means there is a lot of competition and a lot of tough divisional games. The good news is that they definitely have some talent in place, both young and old. Rookie offensive lineman Mike Pouncey from Florida joins Jake Long on that line. Defensive players like Channing Crowder, Cameron Wake and Karlos Dansby bring some real aggression and potency to the team as well.

So will Henne get the job done, or will it be a fresh face at the quarterback position? Will Sparano lead the club to success or has his time come up? There is a lot on the line in 2011 for these individuals and the rest of the club.
