What a year it was for the 2010 Wisconsin Badgers football team! Head coach Bret Bielema put out a three-headed running game monster and a high quality quarterback in Scott Tolzien on the field, and watched as the team mostly steamrolled their opposition.

They scored 70 points or more three times, including scoring 83 against Indiana and 70 against Northwestern. That led them to an 11-1 record, with the only loss coming to a ranked Michigan State time in the middle of the season. Then they got matched up in the Rose Bowl against TCU, and lost a very close game 21-19, finishing the year at 11-2.

The Badgers aren't looking to slow down in 2011, either. Bielema and Badgers football fans everywhere want to keep on straight head, pounding opponents and piling up points. They'll have to see if they can do that against Big 10 newcomer and defensive specialists Nebraska, and they'll visit Wisconsin in October.

The Badgers will also host Penn State and Oregon State, but will have to go on the road to Michigan State and Ohio State in back to back weeks in October. The home-away scheduling for the 2011 Badgers is either a blessing or a curse, with 5 of 6 games at home to start the year, but then four of six on the road to end the year.

Regardless of where they play, the Badgers will be looking to play their way, and it's up to the other team to try to find a way to stop them.
